    • Finding the Right Job for You: We’ll explore your strengths and interests to help you identify and secure a job that fits you. From job applications to interviews, we’ve got you covered.

    • Building Confidence in New Situations: Want to try a gym but feel too anxious? We'll go with you and help build your confidence step by step.

    • Budgeting and Cooking: Together, we’ll create a budget, shop for groceries, and prepare meals while developing essential skills for independence.

  • To ensure meaningful progress toward your goals, we require a 16-week commitment. This structured timeframe allows us to work together consistently and make lasting improvements in the areas where you need the most support.

    • Frequency and Duration: Coaching sessions are customized to your unique needs. The frequency (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly) and session length will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the areas of life you want to focus on, such as job skills, cooking, financial literacy, or confidence building.

    • Flexible Payment Options:

      • Pay Upfront: Receive a 10% discount when paying for the 16-week commitment in full.

    We also offer a sliding scale because we believe everyone deserves access to support, regardless of financial circumstances. Contact us to discuss your needs and find the right plan for you.

    At the end of the 16 weeks, you’ll have the option to continue coaching or discontinue services based on your progress and future goals.

    • Session Rates: $100–$150 per session.

    • Session Length: Sessions vary in duration from 1 hour to up to 3 hours, tailored to your needs and goals.

    • Sliding Scale: A sliding scale is available to ensure accessibility for clients with financial constraints.

    Most coaching clients start with 1–2 sessions per week. For those ready to commit to a 16-week program, we offer a 10% discount for upfront payment.
